Vacation: I simply ask that you provide me with a two weeks notice for any extended (a week or more) absences. Discounted weekly rate available for extended (more than one week) vacation/time off., as spots are limited and can be filled quickly. Withdrawal from care requires a two week written notice or a fee of $140/per week will be assessed.
I will also be taking at least two vacations throughout the year. These are planned well in advance so you’ll have plenty of notice to arrange alternate daycare. These are NOT paid vacations. I will also have random personal days throughout the year, again these are NOT paid and I will do my best to provide you with a two-week notice.
I will be closed on all major holidays. If they fall on a normal daycare weekday (Monday – Friday) these are paid holidays and they include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On occasion I will take additional days with holidays & these are not paid. Please make arrangements for alternate daycare during those holidays if needed.
